At Capital Impact Partners (now Momentus Capital), Jonathan excelled as a manager, achieving an impressive 18% annual growth rate. He facilitated over $250 million in community capital investments and built 100 strategic partnerships with lenders, nonprofits, and government agencies nationwide.

Beyond his professional achievements, Jonathan is a passionate residential real estate investor and project manager. His extensive portfolio includes properties across Florida, Colorado, Connecticut, Washington, DC, and Massachusetts. In Florida, he spearheaded the renovation of a Snell Isle midcentury modern house, seamlessly blending historical significance with modern luxury.

Living in St. Pete’s Eden Isle, Jonathan enjoys poolside relaxation with his husband Michael and their rescue terrier Milo. He holds a BA from Fairfield University and has studied at Richmond College in London and Université Paris-Sorbonne.
